

TAYLOR HARRISON / Managing Director, Chiropractor
Taylor is the founder and director of Active Seniors which started in 2006 when he saw the great need for something to be done in helping the older population to remain active and healthy. Since that time he has written 2 books 'Active Seniors' and 'Fit for Travel' on the topic and presented to over 10,000 seniors on the topic. When not working in the clinics, he is behind the scenes, looking to help more people by growing the business as well as his charity 'Giving Health' which he established in 2016. Taylor is married with two beautiful children and keeps active doing triathlons and both playing and coaching soccer.

SUZY OGLESBY / Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor
Suzy is both an Exercise Physiologist and a Chiropractor and commenced working at Active Seniors within the first six months of its opening. Suzy treats a range of ages and conditions in her chiropractic role at Gordon.
When she is not at the centres, Suzy can be found looking after her daughter Sophia. Suzy loves being outdoors and enjoys a range of activities from golf to snowboarding. Suzy believes in a pro-active and individualised approach to health care that centres on treating the cause rather than merely symptom management.

CARLA RICCOBON / Accredited Exercise Physiologst
Carla is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and works across both the Gordon and Dee Why Active Seniors Health Centres. She also tutors in Exercise Physiology at the Australian Catholic University and provides rehabilitation exercises at the Hills Private Hospital. Carla is passionate about improving health outcomes for seniors through education, exercise and the maintenance of active and healthy lifestyles. In her spare time Carla loves to stay healthy and active by going to the gym and adventuring with Honey, her cattle dog x kelpie.

SARAH MATTHEWS / Accredited Exercise Physiologst
Sarah is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist working at our Dee Why Centre. She is passionate about lifestyle medicine, using her love of exercise and nutrition to educate and assist seniors in enjoying movement and living healthy, happy lives. As a new resident to the Northern Beaches herself, Sarah is exploring different ways to be active in the community, from coastal walks, to team sports and surf lifesaving.

KAY SAVAGE/ Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Kay is an ESSA accredited exercise physiologist working at our Gordon centre. Kay is passionate about helping people improve their lives through exercise that they enjoy and understands that this can be different for everyone. In her spare time Kay enjoys strength training, coastal walks and cooking.

CHIARA ARIAS/ Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Chiara is an ESSA accredited exercise physiologist at our Dee Why centre. She strives in helping people achieve their exercise goals, and is a strong believer in the power of exercise. Chiara has a passion for functional strength and flexibility training. Growing up on the Northern Beaches she enjoys going to the beach, baking and spending quality time with friends, family and her little dog Romeo.
BEN PEERENBOOM/ Accredited Exercise Physiologst
Ben is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who works at the Gordon centre. He is passionate about helping people of all ages use exercise to improve their quality of life. Ben is a huge sports fan (especially soccer) who also loves travelling the world and meeting new people along the way.

AINSLEY BELL / Accredited Exercise Physiologst
Ainsley is an accreditated exercise physiologist working at the Gordon centre. Ainsley completed her Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) in 2015 and her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2017 at the University of Wollongong.
Ainsley enjoys playing sport, eating food and keeping herself busy. Ainsley has a great passionate for using exercise to help treat, manage and prevent chronic conditions and improve quality of life.

AISHANI ARUR/ Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Aishani is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist working at our Dee Why and Gordon Centre's. Her desire to become an exercise physiologist working with seniors began with her own health journey, where she realised how daunting the fitness industry could be to people who have never exercised before. Her goal is to make exercise fun and enjoyable for people from all walks of life, and she enjoys building relationships with all of her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys classical Indian dancing, both putting on performances and competing, which she has been doing for over 10 years.

JENNA LESLIE / Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Jenna is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who works across our Gordon and Dee Why centres. Her inspiration to become an Exercise Physiologist came from her dad’s experience with his Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis and how research has shown the role exercise can play in controlling the condition. In her spare time; Jenna enjoys travelling, experiencing new cuisines and being outdoors. Her goal is to make exercise enjoyable for everyone and to build a strong rapport with all members.

Ben is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who works at the Gordon Centre. He is passionate about helping people of all ages use exercise to improve their quality of life. Ben is a huge sports fan (especially soccer) who also loves travelling the world and meeting new people along the way.

KEVIN LUU/ Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Kevin is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist working at the Gordon centre. He has a personal investment into helping and motivating all clients relate to the profound benefits of exercise as a form of medicine, after experiencing and recovering from a severe traumatic accident himself. Kevin thoroughly enjoys exercise, in particular strength training and long distance running, next to exploring new recipes he can cook and feast on therafter.
